[[Fushigi Yuugi Awards]]

More and more everyday, a new Fushigi Yuugi Site comes--- especially now that Pioneer is distributing the videos in America. Upon looking around I have come across some truly extraordinary sites ( and some fairly awful sites.) But those that I find that are special and need recognition I give it to. Someone said once that awards were a way to get more people to their site and I just want to say thats not why in this case. I do it for fun only, webpages are not obligated to link back though it is appreciated.

Now, on to the good stuff. I have completed my first round of winners. They were wonderful and I was pleasantly suprised. Each deserves to be seen and bookmarked! Also, originally I had diferent awards and well everybody wants the kawaii one because if you work on your website and puts tons of effort into it you obviously think it deserves the best so that is the only award I will give away now. It makes the stakes higher, but challenges are good right!?

Fushigi Kosatsu
This page is loaded. It is one of the most indivisually packed with goodies website I have found. It literally goes on and on and you see all of the work that Annie (the webmistress) went to to make it her own and stand out among others. Among the sections and subsections you can spend hours, its great! Book mark...book mark

Itooshi hito no tame ni...Fushigi Yuugi
This one is eye candy to believe in though much better on screen resolution at 1024 X 768. It was done in a very clean design and I'm a sucker for blue (you can tell right?) My favorite section was "fun stuff." It s included various things such as fan art/ ficiton and paradies. Dana-chan did a terrrific job!

I've got one thing to say -- FLASH! I was so excited to see a anime webpage using Flash, I myself have gotten into it a little but was discouraged thinking others wouldn't be able to view it with ease. I think I might just change my mind. It's super cool! Content was enormous and the graphics worked beautifully with the background and images! Made by Nishi Rajan who also created Usagi and Mamora.com.
